Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our facility.

- Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer reliable shipping across the United States through trusted carriers.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.
Eligible options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

- Orders will be shipped using the most cost-effective carrier available
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We are actively working on expanding our shipping destinations.
Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment through our website or directly with the carrier.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with filing a claim and determining the appropriate resolution.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sanicaofficial@gmail.com.

- Clear photos of the issue
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Holiday Shipping Delays
During peak shopping periods (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holidays), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time
- Shipping rates may vary based on package size and weight
- Orders requiring additional verification may experience longer processing times
